2026 Project Grant Guidelines

Gwinnett Creativity Fund (GCF) Project Grants provide support for arts and cultural projects, initiatives or programming. Projects may range from visual and performing arts programming, theatre, music, film, and arts education.

ELIGIBILITY

The application is open to 501(c)(3) organizations as well as qualified Gwinnett County-based public arts commissions.

2026 PROJECT GRANT TIMELINE

  • APPLICATION PERIOD: October 1, 2025 - January 15, 2026

  • APPLICATION DEADLINE: Midnight, January 15, 2026

  • ZOOM ORIENTATION: By appointment (required of first-time applicants)

  • NOTIFICATION: February, 2026

  • PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION PERIOD: January 15 - November 15, 2026

  • FINAL REPORT DEADLINE: 45 days after project completion OR no later than December 1, 2026

FUNDING PRIORITIES FOR 2026

501(c)(3) arts, cultural and entertainment organizations and Public Arts Commissions that have substantial, current and ongoing involvement or impact in Gwinnett’s arts and cultural landscape providing evidence of innovative community engagement, participation and measurable cultural impact. The GCF will prioritize:

  • Gwinnett non-profits based in and serving Gwinnett County

  • Other 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations (not necessarily based in Gwinnett County) who have documented partnerships with Gwinnett arts organizations, educational institutions, community groups or municipal entities with programs serving Gwinnett County residents

  • First-Time Applicants

  • Small to mid-sized organizations
